CAMP INFORMATION FORM
HOW TO REGISTER FOR CAMP
   1.WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT CAMP YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR REGISTRATION FORM FILLED           OUT COMPLETELY.
   2. BRING SOME FORM OF PAYMENT FOR THE WEEK. IF YOU CANNOT PAY YOU WILL NOT        BE  TURNED AWAY, BUT SOME PAYMENT WILL HELP DEFER EXPENSES.
   3. MAKE SURE ALL MEDICINES ARE IN EITHER THE ORIGINAL CONTAINER OR HAVE A                 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WHEN AND HOW IT SHOULD BE TAKEN. THIS FOR THE               SAFETY OF THE CAMPER AND CAMP.

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP:
    1. BEDDING: A PILLOW, TWO SHEETS, BLANKETS OR SLEEPING BAG.
    2.CLASS MATERIAL: BIBLE, NOTEBOOK AND PEN OR PENCIL (IF IT IS A WEEK OR                        WEEKEND THAT REQUIRES CLASSES).
    3.TOILETIES: COMB, TOOTHBRUSH/TOOTHPASTE, SOAP AND TOWELS.
    4.CLOTHING: CLOTHES THAT CAN GET DIRTY AND SWIMSUIT (NO TWO PIECE                          SWIMSUIT,IF YOU BRING THIS YOU MUST HAVE A COVER UP).
    5. IF YOU ARE IN A WEEK THAT REQUIRES A CERTAIN ITEM PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU               BRING  THAT ITEM; EXAMPLE: BASKETBALL  FOR BASKETBALL WEEK, MUSICAL                      INSTRUMENT FOR PLAYING DURING MUSIC WEEK, ETC.
    6. APPROPRIATE SHOES FOR THE WEEK: BOOTHS, TENNIS SHOES, SANDALS FOR THE           BEACH AREA, ETC.


CAMPERS RULES OF CONDUCT:

    1. ALL CAMPERS, FACULTY AND STAFF ARE EXPECTED TO STAY AT CAMP UNTIL                      CHECK-OUT  TIMES AND TO CONFORM TO THE CAMP SCHEDULE UNLESS                              SPECIFICALLY EXCUSED BY  PROGRAM DIRECTOR. (MEDICAL NOTES FROM PARENTS          EXCUSE CAMPERS FROM CERTAIN RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES).
    2. ALL SICKNESS AND ACCIDENTS ARE TO BE REPORTED TO THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR         OR CAMP NURSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
    3.EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO DRESS MODESTLY AT ALL TIMES.
    4. YOU MAY SWIM ONLY AT ASSIGNED TIMES AND UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE                LIFEGUARD
    5. NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE CAVES OR ON THE HORSES WITHOUT PROPER                           SUPERVISION.
    6.THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT BY THE CAMPERS; DRUGS, ALCOHOL,          TOBACCO, FIREWORKS, TVs, CDs, OR CASSETTE PLAYERS(UNLESS NEEDED  FOR AN          ACT AT CAMP), RADIOS ANY GAMES DEVICES, COMIC, BOOKS, MAGAZINES, CELL                  PHONES, ETC.
    7. CAMPERS WITH CELL PHONES NEED TO CHECK THEM IN WITH THE PROGRAM                     DIRECTOR UPON ARRIVAL.
    8. CAMPERS WHO DRIVE TO THE CAMP NEED TO CHECK THEIR KEYS WITH THE                        PROGRAM DIRECTOR .
    9. CAMPERS ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN CLEAN-UP ACTIVITIES, ESPECIALLY AT           CHECK-OUT TIMES.
   10.THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR HAS THE AUTHORITY TO DISMISS ANY CAMPER OR                       FACULTY  WHO DISREGARDS THE RULES OF THE CAMP OR DISRUPTS THE                            PROGRAM.
   11. ALL VISITORS MUST CHECK IN WITH THE CAMP DIRECTOR UPON ARRIVAL.
